French Cuisine
A wonderful journey through the taste of France. Not the high end Michelin Star dishes but the magnificent provincial foods of France. This is a Country that inspired me to cook particularly whilst walking in the Basque area enjoying nutritious fresh foods cooked with love and pride from local ingredients. I can still taste the wild dusk when I think about it now
An essential part of any meal in France is the bread and the mini baguettes are made by the children along with a poulet chasseur and mussels. The children also get the chance to make a classic sweet Tarte Tatin (although in the Fun Food Chef's own way) and much more besides.
